ORGANIZATION: FIITJEE LTD.  POSITION: SR LEVEL TAXATION POSITION  LOCATION: CORPORATE OFFICE, HAUZ KHAS  Job Description:   1. Responsible for Direct and Indirect Tax.   2. Tax Compliances.   3. Working knowledge of International Taxation DTAA.   4. Timely and accurate filing of the Direct and Indirect tax returns.   5. Handling Assessments.   6. Tax Advisory Support.   7. Coordinate with external tax counsels and authority.   8. Support corporate finance controller in transfer pricing.   9. Provide MAT and DTA/DTL working to corporate finance controller.   10. Timely deposit of tax.   11. Maintenance of CENVAT register.   12. Maintain a GIST of all the new tax pronouncements.   13. Tax Planning.   14. Reduction of ETR of the corporation.   15. Review business arrangements for lowering tax incidence.   16. Any other task / KRAs as may be given to you by the company from time to time.   Desired Profile   1. Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience post qualification   2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)   Education:   - UG - B Com   - PG - CA
