- Responsible for achieving Student Enrollment targets in the assigned Region / Centres.
- Responsible for entire operational activities related to Sales and Admissions in the region.
- Spearheading Sales and Admissions activities in the region.
- Develop Sales plans to achieve the target in different programs based on local conditions.
- Generate Revenue through effective sales strategies.
- Designing & successfully implementing Sales & promotional strategies for all centres of the region.
- Establish relationship with schools and educational institutions.
- Ensure speedy resolution of queries, maintain excellent relations with schools / educational institutions to
generate avenues for additional business.
- Conducting seminars / presentations to schools / students.
- Managing MIS based reports required by the management from all centres.
- Keeping close track on competitors strategies and plans and provide market analysis to the management time to time.
- Maintain communication with all centres on a regular basis.
- Analyze each centre performance and provide feedback, guidance & training in order to impact results.
- Handling and motivating the Admissions team at the centres.
- Responsible for creating micro websites of all centres and regular updations.
- Ensuring timely communication of various policies to all the centres and implementation of the same.
- Responsible for providing various details like testimonials, photographs of toppers etc. required time to time
by the management from the assigned centres.
- Successful conduction of various National Level activities like FTRE, FTSE, IIT-JEE / other competitive exams result compilation etc.
- Designing & implementing Sales strategies / campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring overall student satisfaction at all centres.
- Providing timely requirement of promotional materials, forms etc. of the centres to HO and ensuring optimum
utilisation of the same at each centre.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in post qualification experience in Sales and excellent exposure in Branch - Sales.
