Job Description :  - Create complete communication strategy including for Advts, direct mailers, SMS's, brochures / POS collaterals. Identify and be sensitive to the requirements for different centers / geographies and customize depending on the need.  - Tracking of competition adverts & other marketing / corporate communications and based on that identifying clear differentiators' in communication strategy.  - Identifying co-branding / collaborative opportunities to maximize the reach and efficiency of our communication / message to the target audience  - Positively engage print / online media to get high positive news coverage for the brand / services.  - Identify and build unique stories to garner positive exposure in the media.  - Negotiate attractive deals leveraging the value FIITJEE brand adds to media houses - print / online / electronic  - Working out profit center wise marketing budget, expected ROI and monitoring the same.  - Analyze our courses, structure, service delivery etc. Identify the unique points out of this that can be highlighted across communications. This would be mapped with competitors as well. Also identify what and how weakness can be turned into strengths.  Desired Profile :   - Incumbent should be a business acumen with not less than 10 years of experience in marketing, advertisements and media/corporate communications.
