Field Sales Executive - Logistics/Security/Telecom/Infra (4-6 yrs)
Responsible for going out in the field to source new key and core customer accounts (revenue per client upto 10K GBP per month of billing) by way of: - Contacting and meeting prospective clients to generate new leads - Building regular connects with client contacts within assigned area/ geography
Responsibility:
Sales Origination
- Leverage account plans to target existing client opportunities
- Build connect with existing clients within assigned area/ geography through regular client visits to identify and follow-up on potential sales opportunities
- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads
- Support bid process including bid writing, finalization of commercials and submission of proposal
Sales Performance
- Direct own efforts to ensure new sales/ business development targets are met
- Ensure adherence to assigned sales budgets
- Work with service delivery team seamlessly for execution of contracts and addressing customer issues
Sales Reporting
- Complete relevant documents in a timely manner
- Log relevant data in the sales module
- Submit relevant reports in a timely manner
- Track/ monitor progress against the sales plan and budget on a periodic basis

Relevant Experience
- 4+ yrs. of overall B2B corporate /direct sales experience, preferably from Logistics, Security, Telecom and Infrastructure
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target Oriented: Proven record of superior sales targets achieved in previous organization(s) would be an added advantage. Incumbent should be able to thrive on targets and should be motivated to achieve them.
- Commercial Acumen: Should be comfortable with negotiations, terms and conditions, pricing discussions and costing.
- Experience of using Sales Automation Tool is vital
- Team Player: Should be able to demonstrate team spirit & work in team
