Feedback Infra has been appointed the Project Support Consultant for a period of 3 years (2 years remaining now) by Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA). The Team Leader shall be based out of Naya Raipur and the position shall be valid for 2 years.

The Team Leader shall be responsible to decide the work plan and prioritize the activities in coordination with NRDA and the Project Manager. The Team Leader shall be responsible for timely and quality delivery of works by the team members.

The activities to be performed are -

1.Project conceptualization.

2 Financial analysis of projects,

3.Recommendation of project structure, funding pattern and business plan, mode of implementation under different models of development of land such as allotments on lease, development right, license, rent etc.

4.Recommendation of project structure, funding pattern and business plan, mode of implementation under Public Private Partnership framework, which will include lease, license, development right, authorization, rent, concession, management contract, service contract, BOT, BOOT, DBFOT or any other model, as the case may be.

5.Drafting of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, tender documents contracts, agreements, lease deed, license etc for projects under iii and iv above and assisting in bid process management;

6.Assisting in selection of technical consultants, architects, planners, construction supervision consultants, transaction advisors, consultants for topographic survey, geotechnical studies, feasibility studies and various other consultants, by drafting and legal vetting of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, contracts, agreements and by assisting in bid process management.

7.Assisting in contract management, drafting legal notices to various parties, provide legal opinion in various project related events / cases, legal vetting of RFPs, contracts, Letter of awards, work orders etc.

8.Providing assistance in various audits by external and internal agencies.

9.Review financial analysis, demand assessment, RFP, contracts submitted by other consultants

10.To draft various policies, draft rules, regulations and byelaws for Naya Raipur

11.Monitoring of progress of various technical consultants appointed by NRDA
