Kearney  Bain & Company,IL &FS, KPMG, The Boston Consulting Group  Key Professional Skills:  Public Private Partnership Expert  Bid process management  Project feasibility analysis  Financial Analysis  Desired competencies:   - Excellent written and oral communication skills   - Business Awareness / skills  - Analytical Skills  - Customer Orientation  - Financial Modelling  - Team Working and Interpersonal effectiveness  Responsibilities:  - Problem Understanding & Structuring   - Preparation of a work plan including time lines, work allocation for team members, etc.   - Preparation of detailed research plan, kick off presentations, interview questionnaires, formats etc. required for data collection.  - Periodic Review of Engagement Plans  - Data Interpretation & Analysis to arrive at problem solution.  - Output Creation - Presentation / Word document / Excel as per required Quality Standards.   - Review of status of assignment execution.  - Client interaction on an ongoing basis.  - Undertake billing follow-ups to ensure timely fee collection  - Maintain & grow existing business  - Generate business leads / Proactive Business Development  - Team mentoring and management  Relationships:  - Report to the Business Head   - Work closely with the other business/service lines and senior management within the regional offices
