Feedback Infra - Analyst/Sr Analyst - Consulting/Research (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Execute real estate infra consulting assignments for Feasibility Study, Best-use Analysis, Techno-Economic Viability Studies (TEVs), Product-Mix Assessment, Business Potential Study, Market Sizing Reports, Valuation, etc.
2. Conduct research on real estate markets and macro-economic studies.
3. Conduct primary research, secondary research, etc.
4. Assist in output preparation including reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Sharp analytical skills with a proven track-record in the management consulting practice
2. Street smartness with ability to represent Feedback in the market
3. Well-versed with MS excel skills
4. Ability to conduct primary research, consumer survey interviews, etc.
5. Excellent English writing / report preparation capabilities
6. Good MS PowerPoint skills
7. Excellent team player
8. Experience of working with top management / strategic consulting organizations
