Job Description :
- Manage monthly MIS process and business intelligence analysis for all the portfolio companies
- Oversee group reporting process
- Assist portfolio companies in preparing IFRS financial statements
- Investor relations and financing arrangements for portfolio companies
- Analyst presentation, AGM presentation and Annual Report commentary
- Assist portfolio companies to build and update business plans
- Handle accounting and compliance functions of Fairbridge India entity
- Manage excellent working relationships with the portfolio companies CFOs
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Chartered Accountants degree is a must
- Proficient in Indian GAAP and IFRS
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-starter and motivated professional
- Dynamic personality
Overall 7-10 years of work experience in hands-on accounting / financial reporting roles :
- 5-6 years of auditing experience with a big 4 accounting firms is a must
- 2-3 years of hands-on accounting / financial reporting experience in a reputed company is a must
