Factory Manager - Technical - Plastic/Injection Blow Moulding

The candidate must have a strong experience in Injection blow moulding, Extrusion blow moulding, and PET Stretch blow

The experience/ knowledge in compression moulding will be advantage.

Qualified with a Diploma/ Degree Engineering background desirable relevant working experience in a plastic industry

Experience of working in Africa is a plus point

Experience in managing changes within organizations

Report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for P&L of the company.

Run an efficient production line responsive to market demand.

Ensure all machineries are working satisfactorily and minimize downtime.

Develop new lines as and when required, Ensure company remains competitive and a market leader.

Review system development and maintenance to ensure effective internal control procedures.

Implement and manage performance measurement tools/ systems.

Implement HRM process and procedures Implement training programmes.

Manage the staff in department & Liaising with relevant Government and statutory bodies in conjunction with Companies manufactured products

Ability to implement ISO 9001 2008
