Factory Manager - FMCG

He shall be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory's operations - production, maintenance, utilities, HR, Quality, Logistics and Security.

Production Management - Delivering consistent product / output as per Production plan while simultaneously maximizing efficiency and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Quality Management - Implementation / Compliance of ISO and other Quality and Environment Management Systems laid down by the Company throughout the factory operations.

Maintenance Management - Ensuring Routine Preventive maintenance of all Production and packaging machines as well as Break-down Maintenance thereby minimize down-time.

HR - Management of Contract Labor, on-roll staff and workers as well as managerial personnel including their recruitment, training and development.

Logistics Management - particularly pertaining to deliveries of products through timely arrangement of transport vehicles.

Keeping within the budgeted cost levels for all cost heads - manpower, utilities, repairs and maintenance etc.

He should be a B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical
