Factory Manager - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Factory Manager for a Large MNC FMCG, based at Delhi.

BE/Btech with 12-15 years of work experience in Manufacturing & Operations, of which at least last 2-3 years heading the Factory/Unit of a FMCG/ Manufacturing outfit of repute.

- The role is going to manage activities at the factory/manufacturing location, which includes efficient and effective production, quality maintenance and effective distribution of the manufactured products to the market.

- The objective of the role is also to ensure that all employees - permanent and contract at the factory are productive and engaged.

- The role is responsible for ensuring that statutory compliances are adhered and the image of the organization is sustained externally.

- The role demands someone who is ready to be relocated to the metros and mini metros of the country.
