It is for a reputed FMCG company for Dairy product.  - Should be qualified in BE / B.Tech in Dairy Technology.   - Candidate should have experience in handling Factory as a Factory Manager / Incharge in a dairy Farm.  - The candidate should have sound experience in Dairy Process & Plant and project experience (preferably setting up a plant from the scratch).   - He should have thorough understanding of Dairy Process (Milk, SMP etc), Dairy Equipments, Plant Layout, Quality System, Designing a Plant etc. Knowledge of procurement can be additional.  - In the initial phase the person will be part of the project team and after the plant is established he needs to get into production/engineering.   In the beginning his responsibility will be as follows:  - Responsible for feasibility studies   - Interface with ITC's Foods Division to identify technological investments based on product mix  - Process planning  - Liaising with the Industry professionals & Vendors  - Site evaluations & selection  - Interface with the Project Team  - Project planning  - Internal positioning
