Factory HR Professional - FMCG (3-10 yrs)

We are looking for Factory HR role based at Chandigarh with leading FMCG company.

KRA:-

- Monitoring the Statutory Compliance as per requirement of The Apprentices Act 1961, The Factories Act 1948, The Industrial Dispute Act 1947, The Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970.

- Handling litigation filed by Contractors in Industrial tribunal Court, Labor court as well as High Court, coordinating with lawyers for submissions in court and hearing. Includes managing cases under Status Quo and Conciliation cases

- Responsible for handling disciplinary actions for all the company employees as well as Contract Labours.

- Managing Contracts of entire Unit which includes Contract awarding, renewal, negotiations & Legal Compliances.

- Monitoring the activities of Time Office.

- Responsible for managing the Manpower Inventory which includes preparing and updating Manpower inventory, analysis of Manpower requirement.

- Responsible for initiating and timely closure of Performance Appraisal & Performance Management of Company.

- Handling of Training and Development of Employees which include conducting relevant training programs after analysis of each employee's training need with proper identification tools

- Responsible for managing the Contracts of entire Unit which includes Contract awarding, renewing, revising, extension and obtaining approvals via initiating proposals from Management for activities of

- Departments like Personnel Administration (Transportation, Telecommunication & Canteen), Occupational health Centre

- Responsible for initiating promotion activities, payroll management, Gratuity payment to the Ex - Labors being principal employer. Have closely worked for policy formation like VRS, Wage Revision, Manpower reduction and settlement with Union

- Responsible for maintain Training MIS and monthly reports submissions.

Qualification : MBA or PG Diploma in HR or MSW with min 3 yrs of experience
