We have an urgent requirement with one of the biggest consumer durable group at Aurangabad.  Designation : Factory HR Head  Profile :  Strategic HR:  - Interacting with Management and Departmental Head for devising and implementing HR Policies & Procedures in line with the vision & mission and regulatory environment.  - Design and implement an organization structure to support the incoming demand from the production team for smooth operations of the factory.  - Ensure right sizing of the manpower by ensuring a right mix of contractual and permanent employees.  Talent Management:  - Analyze manpower productivity at all levels and ensure the same is in alignment to achieve the business objectives.  - Analyze the business requirements and ensure right skill set is available at right position.  - Develop a culture of ownership and accountability by conducting a structured role mapping exercise and ensure JD and KPIs are available at all levels.  - Design and implement a reward and recognition process to appreciate high performers in the factory.   HR Policies & Processes:  - Analyze and introduce industry best practices and policies to create a better work environment.  - Devise systems and processes as per the business and regulatory/statutory requirements.  - Develop, design and implement performance management system in lines with the corporate office.   Talent Acquisition:  - Manpower planning and budgeting in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas  - Develops an effective and efficient recruitment process to ensure supply of projected manpower requirements as per the organizations structure and seasonal demands.  Talent Development:  - Ensure a smooth on boarding and joining process for new joinees by following a structured induction process.  - Strategically identify the skill set gap and introduce initiative to build a competitive workforce for the company.  Industrial Relation & Statutory Compliances:  - Develop and maintain an effective liaison with the related Government Authorities at Local and State level.  - Maintain cordial and smooth relations with the Union and its office bearers.  - Ensure that all statutory compliances are done at specified times and returns are submitted to various agencies on time.  - Settlement of Govt. Bills & Municipal Taxes pertaining to Plant.  - Responsible for insuring of effective resolution of all day to day grievance and manpower /shop floor problems.  - Responsible for taking disciplinary action in consultation of legal Advisor on legal matters if required.  General Administration:  - Controlling HR and admin related expenses and ensure same are within budgeted norms.  Responsible for ensuring efficient operation with regard to the following:  - Event Management  - House keeping  - Transportation and all the travel management activities.  - Canteen & Cafeteria   - Postal & Communication  - Safety & Security Management  HR Operations:  - Ensuring Compliance with all the Joining formalities related to PF/ESIC/TDS/PT.  - Ensuring Maintenance of attendance record by taking into consideration (leaves / resignation / hold / absenteeism).  - Ensuring timely and accurate salary processing for all the employees  - Effective salary administration and attendance management systems in the organization   - Administration of employees benefits schemes like Group Medi-claim Insurance and Gratuity.  Employee Relations:  - Ensure adherence to all employee related statutory compliances.  - Establish grievance redressal mechanism for smooth employer employee relations.  Interested candidate with similar profile forward cv in word format with current and expected package.  Ved
