Factory HR Head - FMCG

Client:

Our client, a well established group with diversified business interests is seeking head HR and IR for their plant based in Hosur (Near to Electronic City, Bangalore)

- Candidate must be an MBA/ PGDPMIR ( full time ) with minimum of 14 plus years experience in manufacturing organisation.

- Proficiency in HR activities such as employee engagement, succession planning, Skill gap analysis, identification, training needs/ performance appraisals, manpower planning, implementing the corporate HR policies/ suggesting improvements, etc.. is essential.

- Must have extensive experience in IR, handling multiple unions, union negotiations, welfare and disciplinary matters etc.

- Should be well versed with the Factories acts and labour laws.

This position will report the Head of Business and the Director HR

- Excellent communication / interpersonal and presentation skills a must.

- Tamil Mandatory, Knowledge in Hindi preferred

- Should have a proactive approach.
