The client is an IT consulting and service provider that services over 1800 higher education institutions globally.   We are looking for a Facility Manager for their Gurgaon set up. The profile would be as below:  Title: Facility Manager   Qualification & Experience: MBAs/PG's with at least 3+ yrs of relevant experience  Essential Responsibilities:  Handling Daily Administration in including Transport Management,   Cafeteria Management,   Facility Handling administration,   Repairs and Maintenance in the office & Liaisoning.   Handling security guard on the daily basic and keeping track on their work.   Providing 24X7 support of power supply in the office.   Maintaining Generator, UPS and all such problem related to the same   Provide office assistance in office supplies like office equipments & support items like pantry/ Housekeeping. Supervising office vendors and coordination of regular building maintenance.   Following up with legal associates on day to day basis.   Providing support to office Building & Infrastructure maintenance. General purchase of various daily requirements.   Travel & hotel arrangement for Visitors & clients, as and when required. Handling all transportation.   Working on memos, travel policies, Ticket vendor Management & cost effective management.   AMC for office contracts and office equipments.   Record keeping and upkeep of the same.   Timely coordination with management for regular facilitation of services.   Maintain standards, policies and procedures as per the company requirements.   Keeping hold on the workings of office boys/security and helping or guiding them whenever requirement.   Responsible for all courier related issues.   Manage equipment/furniture inventory and ordering Managing and improving office facilities.  Knowledge & Skills Required:  At least three years experience in administration and logistics,  Demonstrated computer literacy,  Advanced degree (Master of Social Work an asset),  Pay exceptional attention to detail,  Perform well while handling multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines;  Work in a team environment and act as a team leader,  Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners on all levels,  Collaborate with colleagues in different geographic locations,  Work requires willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST).   Location: Gurgaon.
