Job Description Facilities and Administration
- Heading ERC Administration Department with a turnover of Approx Rs 12.6 Crore per annum and an employee base of approx 4500 employees.
- Initiation and planning of face lift and renovation projects of approx Rs 2.5 crore to achieve maximum employee satisfaction.
- Setting up of robust systems and processes for transparent and smooth implementation of administrative initiatives without losing customer focus.
- Formulate operating and administrative budgets; Taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards fulfillment of organizational needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling multiple activities of ERC Admin, including transport, canteen, cafeteria, events, PRO, liaison with Govt and Police Authorities, scrapping, housekeeping, conservancy, beautification and other routine plant operations.
- Initiation and monitoring annual maintenance contracts with reliable and renowned service providers keeping in mind the typical requirements of a manufacturing set up.
