Founder, Ayushi Gudwani, is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and has worked with McKinsey & Co. for 7 years as a consultant before starting this venture last year. The venture has received significant traction post its launch and is currently expanding its team. We have also raised early funding from a clutch of seasoned investors.   - We are looking for a sharp, creative and high-on-energy person to join our marketing team. We are looking for someone with expertise in Digital Marketing. The person should be a hard-worker, self-starter with high sense of ownership.   - This role will offer you an opportunity to be a part of the core team, while offering significant growth potential and tremendous learning opportunity/exposure across all facets of business.   Purpose of the Job :   - Develop and execute company's marketing strategy, along with planning and budgeting - primary digital  - Design, implement and manage digital marketing programs, focusing on building awareness and new customer acquisition   - Ensuring unit economics profitability after user acquisition costs (key KRA of the role)   Key Skills :   - Good understanding of marketing and branding concepts   - Strong expertise and understanding of all type of digital marketing campaigns. Good understanding of paid and non-paid marketing.   - Thorough understanding of Social Media Marketing (especially Facebook, Insta), Blogging based marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ad words and other PPC campaigns, running e-mail campaigns and SEO/SEM   - Strong analytical skills and expertise in measuring RoI across various marketing channels   Qualification / Experience :   - Should have hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing, preferably in an e-Commerce / digital company for at least 3 years   - Good networks in marketing / branding / PR space   - Should have strong communication skills   - Passion for apparel and fashion is a plus   - Candidates from premier institutes will be preferred   Compensation : Reasonable compensation to manage a good lifestlye along with ESOPs
