Manager, Customer Experience & Social Media Support, FableStreet - Women's work-wear brand  - We are looking for a smart and high-on-energy female core team member to manage customer experience for FableStreet (www.fablestreet.com), our e-Commerce startup in women's work-wear space. The person should be a self-starter and go-getter who is able to independently manage the responsibilities and get the desired output in a timely manner.   - The start-up is founded by graduates from IIM Calcutta with 7-8 years of experience as consultants with firms like McKinsey & Co and has recently raised early funding from a clutch of seasoned investors. We have had a great start and are growing at an exponential rate. The venture will offer significant growth potential along with tremendous learning opportunity and exposure across all facets of business. You will join as a core team member.  Responsibilities :  - Responsible for delivering an amazing experience to all customer through call centre, email, social media and various other online and offline channels  - Work with various internal team to design and execute the customer service processes  - Work closely with marketing to support social media engagement and management  Team Structure :   - Primarily an Individual Contributor role who would work with multiple teams  Key requirements :  - We are primarily looking for a female team member, as the work responsibilities involve talking to women consumers on their work-wear issues  - 1 to 4 years of experience in managing consumer experience and maturely solving consumer issues is mandatory  - Proficient in spoken and written English, with a strong ability to think and act on-the-spot. Ability to handle tough customers independently is important  - Experience in social media marketing is a big plus  - Experience in e-Commerce and/or fashion brands is a big plus
