We're always looking for young, hungry & self- driven individuals, who want more than a 10-7 desk job and to make a significant contribution in creating a first-in-class Indian hospitality brand!  Key responsibilities:   - Work with founders & senior team to drive core strategic initiatives for driving company's growth objectives  - Develop, manage & build relationships with key marketing partners  - Use an analytical approach at all times to drive best performance on marketing spend   - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests  - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  - Manage growth via various digital marketing channels such as OTAs (Makemytrip/ GoIbibo/ Booking.com/ TripAdvisor etc.), social media, CRM/ emails, retargeting, partnerships/ alliances  - Evaluate emerging online marketing technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate  Requirements  - Engineering or business/ commerce degree from a top tier college/ university  - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking  - Professional work experience of 1-4 years in a leading analytics/ consulting/ strategy/ business role
