Faber Capital - Intern/Analyst - Investment Banking

Job Description:

- Responsible for research, analytics, cash flow modelling, presentations, supporting pitches and transaction execution

- Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Structuring for Private Equity, Joint Venture, Project Finance, Restructuring & Divestiture, and Capital Markets related activities

- Participate in all stages of equity and debt transactions - from origination to execution

- Coordinate efforts with team members across the Global team

Will also be required to:

- Travel overseas as per business needs

- Take ownership of work and having high execution capabilities

- Undergo continuous learning and enhance job specific skills over-time

- Pro-actively suggest and design improvements in process workflow, where applicable

Skills required:

- Candidate must possess excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills

- Highly proficient at Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Strong accounts, finance, quantitative and business writing skills

- Knowledge of financial modelling will be an advantage

- Good at multitasking

- Eye for detail
