Reports to : Regional Manager/ Business Head   KRA :   - Translating company's objectives in the region   - Ensure and Lead Account Development with company's operational procedures   - Lead, motivate & develop team to maximize profits   - Generate new sales and maintain current accounts and service   - Sustain and increase revenue inflow   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :   - Excellent communication & influencing and negotiation skills   - Financial awareness   - Ability to strategize & analyze reports   - Sales & Business Development orientation   - Good Leadership and Team management skills   - Handled Institutional, Government and Corporate sales   - Experience in distributor and channel sales management   - Team management and Vendor Management   Duties & Responsibilities :   - Will be responsible to handle sales for an Area/ City/ Region.   - Handling all segments of FMCG Sales.  - Sales forecasting and Budgeting and managing sales outflow   - Maximizing ROI of the region.   - Distribution and Channel Management   - Liaison for closure of Key Accounts.   - Ensures smooth interaction with support functions and further integration with sales team.   - Competitor analysis and Market Intelligence.   - Distribution management and managing statutory compliances   - Ensure the SOPs are followed throughout the region.   - Integrity and cost consciousness   - Minimize machine pullouts and maximize revenue from existing accounts   - Conceptualize's and implement strategies for alternate sales channels
