BPO Operations Manager F&A – 8 yrs experience

Domain: Record to Report (R2R)

Location: Noida

We are looking for Operations Manager F&A-R2R Domain for a leading consulting/outsourcing major with a global presence.

- Minimum 7.5 yrs of total work experience (post article ship - if CA/ICWA Qualified) & 5 years of operations in R2R alone

- Education Qualification – Post Graduate - ICWA/CA/MBA/M.Com (Finance background mandatory)

- Core R2R experience (month end closing / reconciliation / closing & reporting etc.)

- Span of control: minimum 6 to 15 FTE’s in current organization.

- Should have done performance management and reviews for his or her team

- Shifts – US Hours only (5.30PM IST – 3.00am IST)

- Can also look at FP&A profiles (financial management/statutory reporting/1099 reporting/soft compliance.
