ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Responsibilities:

- Business development - Revenue targets and growth plans.

- Develop an annual marketing and sales plan that details the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives.

- Key account development and management. Strategic work with the Key Influencers of the business, like FM Companies, PMC's, Consultants, Architects etc

- Company brand penetration and market/segment expansions.

- Strategic team Planning and management with a core focus on achieving results with integrity and ethical standards.

- Responsible for the P & L of Service Division.

Skill Set :

- Strong Selling Skills

- Strong in negotiation and commercial skills

- Relationship building to develop key influencers

- Process oriented and drives systems across the teams

- Go-getter and entrepreneurial nature with strong business orientation.

- Technical orientation for understanding the technology and designs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Key Deliverables: - Build Sales pipeline& meet up to the sales targets with a clear demarcation between New & Repeat sales in AMC and Project Sales.

- Building effective Sales team and nurture their performance

- Own the P & L of Service Division.

Percentage of Travel: 60%

Educations: Engineering back ground with MBA from a reputed institution. Someone who has attended certification programs in the related fields.

Experience: Total 15 years and more than 10 year of managerial experience. And should have held region-wide positions. Look out from strong sales & AMC back ground in Electrical, HVAC, and Automation Industry.
