Ezeeli - Chief Operating Officer/Operations Head

Looking for a COO/Operations Head for a Hyper-Local logistics venture

NOTE: Ezeeli is a boot-strapped venture, planning to raise funds soon. We are looking forward to on-board entrepreneurs who are aware of the constraints of an early-stage start-up and the promising value-unlocking it offers by associating at early-stages. The co-founders/core-team members will be compensated with ESOPs/Sweat Equity and the cash component will come in play only after the funds are raised. Ezeeli also offer an option of buying cash equity.

We, at Techlixr e-Ventures Pvt Ltd, are looking to hire a dynamic & passionate entrepreneur to lead the Operations vertical for our venture in hyperlocal B2B & B2B2C logistics space.

We are a team of seasoned management professionals with extensive start up & investing experience. Some of our notable achievements include building businesses & setting up operations in automotive, real estate, media & entertainment & healthcare sectors. We also have prior experience of working in leading corporates in leadership roles. Besides, we have met our academic prosperity from top European Ivy league schools.

We, in 2015, came together to set up a startup eco-system to solve the real problems faced by enterprise/SMEs, small businesses, startups and consumers & bring disruption in one of the most key contributing sector to Indian GDP - Logistics.

Our hyper local logistics venture, Ezeeli (www.ezeeli.com), is an end to end hyperlocal (last mile deliveries & first mile pick ups) aggregator driven by cutting edge technology and process optimization tools to revolutionize B2B logistics. We use a seamless geo-location based tech platform to connect local enterprise/sellers and specialised delivery channels to serve their end customers.

We have already established product market fit for Ezeeli with accelerated number of transactions. The business is already in operation in the city of Jaipur & clocking up revenues. We will be expanding our footprints in couple of other cities in next 6 months.

About COO/operations lead role!

We are looking for start up enthusiast who is passionate about managing & scaling up business to bring efficient transformation in the way currently sellers transact . He should be one who can set & manage the entire logistics eco-system for Ezeeli, lead the transformation, conduct ongoing market intelligence exercise & manage new product launches. He will use modern age optimization tools to bring about cost & process efficiency for partner vendors & achieve unit economics for Ezeeli. Apart from above mentioned skill set which is a prerequisite, risk taking ability, mobility, alignment on the vision & cultural code & financial flexibility are must haves for this role.
