Role : Franchisee development manager   Grade : AM/Manager  Experience : 6 to 8  CTC - 10 LAcs  Location : Bangalore/Chennai  - Development of New Franchisee/ COCO Retail Outlets and Handling the Operations in Entire Region (Tier 1,2 and 3 cities).  - Development of Investment Plan, Sale Projection and ROI calculation by analyzing Markets and Competitors.  - Presenting the entire Plan to the Clients/Investors to make them understand the entire Business Module and getting them lined up for investment.  - Visiting the Locations according to the leads for Market Research, Competition Study and Sales projection.  - Closing of Deals through final negotiation with the Proprietors/Investors.  - Coordination with Architect, Equipment Vendors and Display Vendors for Designing of the Layouts and Final Working Drawing for New Sites.  - Coordination with all the vendors for execution of New Sites at all locations.  - Negotiation and Approval of quotation for all vendors.  - Development of new vendors.  - Creating and Execution of the Marketing Communication Plan for the New Stores according to the Local Market needs and executing the plan successfully across locations.  - Developments of Incentive Schemes for the Franchisees on various Products and outlet wise Targets to achieve Sales Targets  - Coordinating with Despatch Team and Franchisees for proper Ordering, Availability of Funds and Delivery of Products  - Coordinating with Accounts teams for proper accounting and billing
