It is growing tremendously and is funded by leading VC funds.  Manager - Quality   - Responsible for creating, managing and improving operational performance and efficiency across the organization through most appropriate processes.  - Identify, prioritize and develop robust and scalable processes for all functions to meet business objectives.  - Create repository of best practices within the organization and also across the industry. This could be cross industry as well.   - Partner with internal teams to help in automate or improve processes.  - Build a culture of continuous improvements including reward & recognition to drive the culture.  - Lead the organization in accreditation for various quality standards including NABH.  - Conduct regular audits and build a calendar for audit process.   - Develop capability and competence by regular training programs across the organization.   - Use latest tools, techniques, and systems like Six Sigma, TQM, etc  Person & Fitment:  MBA + Engineering Graduate preferably with certification in Six Sigma and exposure to Quality methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, BPMS, TQM etc.)  8- 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Retail, and FMCG will be preferred.  Team management and exceptional attention to detail are necessary competence. Strategic as well as operational bandwidth and an ability to manage both ends is required.
