It is growing tremendously and is funded by leading VC funds.  CTC for the Position : 18 - 20 Lakh  Role : Head, Purchase & Supply Chain  - Purchase & Supply Chain Head is responsible for the end to end responsibility of the Purchase & Supply Chain function   - Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.   - Responsible for ensuring availability of IOLs, Medicine, OT Consumables, Capital items, and Non Capital items, with right prices and Turn Around Times (TATs)  - Ensure stock availability within defined TAT and also to build a strategy with minimum inventory.  - Review with management, all purchasing agreements to confirm best price and delivery.   - Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure preferred company status.  - Collaborate with other departments internally to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps   - Identify, build and drive use of technology and automation to move supply chain from physical management to information management   - Responsible for generating data, analysis, insights and information through IT for business decisions.  - Build, develop, lead, collaborate and manage the employee team. Drive employee engagement.  Person & Fitment :  - MBA in Supply Chain from leading institutions with 8-12 years of experience in Purchase & Supply Chain preferably in Phrama, eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Consumer durables etc. Graduation in Engineering preferred.
