Job Purpose:  EY seeks a Technical Project Manager for the IT Advisory Services team to work on digital transformation projects for our customers across the globe.  Your responsibilities:  - Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects  - Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommend and take action to direct analysis and solution for problems  - Guide team in reviewing business requirements and mapping them to functional, technical, system non-functional, compliance, and performance requirements including effort estimates  - Responsible for driving best practices and continuous improvements in operational and engineering excellence  - Drive end-to-end project management tasks including project scope, schedule, budget & quality   - Perform role of a counsellor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in office  - Participate and lead aspects of the RFP development process  - Lead the use of waterfall and agile methodology for the implementation of full lifecycle project  - Willing to travel to customer locations on a need basis  Required Skills:  - BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 10 to 14 years  Technical Skills:  - Minimum 4 years of experience working on large scale integration/middleware projects  - Experience in integration patterns and technologies such as Microsoft BizTalk Server, Oracle SOA Suite or IBM WebSphere etc.  - Strong technical leadership with excellent business acumen. Exercises good judgment in both technology and business situations  - Experience with software architecture & design and development technologies such as Microsoft .NET or Java  - Experience in SOA and exposure to technologies such as Cloud, IoT, iPaas, iSaas, mobile etc. is desired  - Experience in high availability systems design/development is desired  Project Management:  - Strong Project Management skills. Experience with project management processes and the ability to articulate and help recommend solutions  - Experience in developing and executing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes  - Experience with a variety of development methodologies and mature understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each.  - Proven record of innovation and thought leadership  - Proven record of hiring and mentoring strong technical team members and leaders  - Strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.  - Ability to develop strong client relationships  Additional skills requirements:  - Experience in Domains like Insurance, finance or banking.  - Exposure to presales and business development
