Be a part of investment banking division and become a core team member of the Restructuring & Debt Services. You would join the team as "Associate"  The Debt & Restructuring Group, which is a part of EY's Transaction Advisory Services practice, handles transactions in the space of debt syndication, debt restructuring & refinancing and structured finance transactions.   Principal responsibilities:   - Analyse and prepare complex financial models.   - Analyse markets, industries and corporate and generate outputs.   - Prepare pitch presentations / documents   - Prepare financing strategy reports based on quantitative and qualitative factors and market realities.   - Prepare information memorandum, marketing materials / presentations.   - Support in syndication and placement of transactions.   - Support in review and negotiation of transaction documentation with lenders.   - Interact with lenders and other advisors on transaction.   - Contribute to the Debt & Restructuring Group through business development and generation of ideas.   Personal specifications:   - CA or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)   - Specialized post-qualification experience of 1 to 4 years ideally in the area of debt.   - Excellent financial modelling and financial analysis skills.   - Excellent report writing skills.
