Role: Instructional Design

Relevant experience: 7+

Must have hands-on storyboarding and design experience

Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements

Takes consultative approach to offer solutions

Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions

Designs solutions that are engaging and effective

Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions

Experience in developing bite-sized learning and designing for mobile learning

Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy and other adult learning principles

Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines

Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team

Knowledge on course development life cycle

Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable

The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
