Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities :  - Independently and effectively lead the delivery of strategy-related engagements with a focus in areas of strategy formulation and planning, organisation design, digital, innovation and rapid profit transformation. With a structured approach to problem solving and strong working knowledge of issues based consulting the focus of this activity will be on performing and managing the delivery of critical supporting analysis and developing compelling client work products.   - These work products will have a strong emphasis on the use of PowerPoint to detail findings and drive actions to the high quality standards of the Strategy team and adhere to the Advisory Standards at all times, unless directly instructed otherwise   - Lead and manage the day to day relationship and operating rhythm between the Oceania Strategy Competency and EY's Global Delivery Services India (a service which supports EY's engagement teams by providing talent at scale and strategic agility for our businesses to enhance its competitiveness and improve market share)   - Work with Oceania Strategy Partnership to understand their business and client delivery requirements and play a key role in the leveraging GDS India to deliver on strategy-related engagements  - Accountable for ensuring GDS India outputs are products of exceptional quality and reflect the requirements of the Oceania Strategy Partnership  - Dedicated to building strategy capability in the GDS India team as well as building strong relationships between GDS India and the Oceania Strategy Team  - Support the Director of Advisory Global Delivery Services in the recruitment and development of the GDS India team dedicated to supporting the Oceania Strategy Competency   Requirements :  Experience :   - Client facing strategy-focused consulting experience is must  - A minimum of 8 years of strategy-focused experience (or at least 5 years of post-MBA strategy experience), ideally gained at a leading strategy firm or Big 4. Experience at a senior level in a line of business is an added plus   - Substantial experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organisation design, digital, innovation, rapid profit improvement and use of core strategy frameworks   - A broad range of industry experience across both private and public sectors  - Proven ability in building and managing high performing teams that are capable of delivering outcomes above and beyond expectations  - Track record of working with and anticipating the needs of senior leaders across all areas of Oceania strategy practice management  Competencies / Skills :  - An entrepreneurial, team-focused, collaborative approach to consulting, and a passion for growing the business   - Highly intelligent and demonstrated ability to learn new skills   - Exceptional analytical and report writing skills, with particular focus on using PowerPoint as a communication tool to present complex data visually   - Strong structured problem solving and analysis skills, particularly in market, operational and financial areas  - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including a proven ability to team with a diverse range of persons via digital technologies  Education : MBA from a leading business school/ CA/MCA/B.Tech./B.E./LLB
