Essentials:

- Strong Supply chain concepts with 4-6 years of relevant experience

- Demand Forecasting

- Advanced Statistical Modelling

- Network Design, Inventory modelling concepts

- Production Scheduling

- Basic Optimization Concepts

- Proficient in spreadsheet modelling (VBA knowledge is desirable)

- Proficient in making presentations

- Proficient in at least one of the tools (Supply Chain Guru, ILOG cplex, R or any similar tool)

- Candidates from premium B-schools, Post graduates from IITs are preferred

Job Role :

- Understand end to end supply chain processes

- Identify gaps and potential opportunity areas

- Propose a solution and approach to improve the identified areas

- Solution approach may include process improvements, statistical modeling, prescriptive/optimization modeling

- Prepare a business case

- Presentation to client

- Implementation of the solution

- Solution support

Academic Qualifications : M.Tech. / MBA - Industrial Engineering. Operations Research, Operations management
