1. Senior Consultant (Functional) Role for Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Retail Price Management (RPM), Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)

Experience

- 7-9 Years experience on Oracle RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM for Senior Consultant role and at least 4-5 projects on implementation

- Functional Skills on Oracle RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM Modules

- Experience on other modules such as Retail Allocation, SIM, WMS, RIB etc. will be an added advantage

Job Description

- Give product demonstrations to the client

- Prepare and review proposals for new clients

- Understand the client requirements

- Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions with the client

- Prepare and review - As-Is- and - To-Be- processes

- Analyse and propose functional solutions for the challenging requirements of the client

- Configure the product to implement client requirements

- Guide the team to implement the desired functionality

- Lead the team

- Analyse and propose solutions for the bugs that are hard to replicate

- Estimate the requirements in terms of required efforts

- Provide accurate status to manager and stick to the timelines

- Conduct functional trainings

- Conduct interviews to recruit new team members

- Build a relationship with the client throughout the implementation project

- Mine the accounts to get more revenue (for Senior Con role)

- Manage the customer expectations (for Senior Con role)

- Manage client escalations (for Senior Con role)

Qualifications

- Bachelors / Masters degree from an accredited institution

- Self-motivated, tenacious with an entrepreneurial approach

- Passion for learning and a desire to develop technical and consultative skills

- Effective written and verbal communications to work collaboratively with project and practice teams and client stakeholders

- Strong interpersonal/networking skills

- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills

- A polished and professional image

- Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
