Job Description :  - Deep understanding of strategic and transaction services including M&A and financial restructuring services  - Research and analysis including working capital analysis, liquidity analysis, transaction analysis and corporate strategy analysis  - Experience of working on relative valuation, debt restructuring and cash management models  - Research and review of financial distressed companies and their root cause analysis  - Assist in due diligence projects, including market assessments, competitor studies and opportunity assessments  - Knowledge of different industry sectors and their operational and financial challenges  - Experience of working in consulting or investment banking environment will be preferred  - Understanding of research methodologies including quantitative and qualitative methods and models  - Ability to work as a team member as well as an individual contributor.   - Able to train and mentor junior resources  - Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines  - Must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments  - Process compliance/timely reporting of facts & figures  Skills Required :   - 3-8 years- experience in research related activities  - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written  - Should have presentation & business writing skills as well as good excel knowledge  - Good understanding of the different sectors, transactions, lead advisory, concepts and able to interpret/analyse from documents and journals  - Analytical tools, representations and critical thinking skills
