Position : Associate Vice President (Manager)

Location : Delhi (Open to travel/relocate based on the project requirements)

Profile requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in power sector advisory across transactions, programme management, financial appraisal, regulatory matters and pre-feasibility studies across conventional and renewable energy, transmission, distribution. High proficiency in public private partnership and financial modelling is necessary.

- Clear demonstration of leadership abilities through successful project and client management in current/previous experience.

Role :

- Leading project delivery and execution for complex power transactions for government, leading large/complex business proposals, develop business pitches for new ideas and clients, client relationship management and team management.

Key areas of work :

- Techno-commercial appraisals of power sector projects

- Transaction advisory/bid process management

- Setting and operating programme management unit (PMU) for large capex intensive projects

- PPP project structuring across generation, transmission, distribution, renewables

- Preparation of business plan, ARR/MYT petition, regulations/ policies across generation, transmission and distribution

- Renewable sector feasibility studies, techno commercial appraisals and transaction advisory

- Independent client management/project delivery
