The GDS team plays an important role in EY's strategy by ensuring effective support to EY's Service Lines.  This role will be focused on leading organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives to enable and drive a high performing business culture. Employees in this role will get an opportunity to design and implement Talent projects and transformation initiatives.   Key responsibilities (analytical/decision making/supervisory) :   - Accountable for designing and implementing talent programs and projects.  - Provide overall initiative talent program management support, engaging stakeholders through effective organizational, planning and communication skills for e.g. deployment of employee surveys across locations.  - Support restructuring or transitions in the firm as required.  - Provide insight into the main challenges and barriers for process transformation, regulations and local needs.  - Provide perspective for process design, communication and training efforts.  - Develop communication and change management plans and associated collateral to support the change impacts.   - Create value to stakeholders independently - bringing excellent project and change management skills.  - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.  - Develop and oversee program evaluation strategies in support of talent management.  Knowledge, skills and experience requirements :   - Ability to instill and communicate a vision, mobilizing commitment to change.  - Strong stakeholder relationship building and facilitation skills.  - Project Management skills to lead the implementation of global initiatives.  - High energy, professionalism and business acumen.  - Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change  Qualifications, certifications and education requirements :   - Masters in human resource management from a reputed institute with 6-8+ years of experience.  - Experience in rolling out cross-functional changes that affect people, process or technology.  - Should have experience of managing or leading a workstream / project initiatives in large scale transformation projects.  - Understanding of standard project methodologies will be an added advantage.
