Develop the practice in the chosen area into a center of excellence within Ernst & Young Global Shared Services to be reckoned as the first point of reference for HR/P&O consulting resources globally for EY HR/P&O.

Interface with internal/external clients as required for the execution of consulting assignments and deliver projects meeting with the exacting requirements of the engagement mandate.

Develop entry level consulting resources and nurture them to deliver consulting assignments; step into undertake important parts of the assignment.

Research and introduce innovative services and associated tools in the chosen area for use by EY HR/P&O consulting and deployment within the firm.

Ensure optimum utilization of resources and quality of deliverables

Required

Bachelor of Engineering and MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management or MHRM/Equivalent from reputed institutions such as XLRI/RBS/TISS/MSSW

7-12 years- experience in Human Resources, of which at least three years should have been in HR consulting (internal/external) with leading companies

Excellent numerical, communication/presentation skills and attention to detail

Excellent functional skills in any one or more of the following areas:

Career & Succession Planning Strategy/Framework, Competency Mapping, Linking Competencies to HR sub systems, Assessment & Development Centre design( including tools design), Individual/Group development planning

Compensation Strategy, Development of Salary scale, Salary benchmarking, Long term and short term incentive schemes design

HR Benchmarking/ Audit based on PCMM model and HR Generalist experience with a certification in PCMM
