Job Description:  Leadership: Manage and grow HR transformation capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices. Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration  Delivery: Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting  People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team   Subject matter expertise in below areas  Led / been involved in end to end HR transformation program (preferably including implementation)  HR operating model design  End to end HR processes (hire to retire) - design, optimisation and implementation  Change management  Project management  HR systems implementation knowledge - HCM solutions such as Fusion, SuccessFactors, Workday  HR analytics  HR shared services stand up / ramp up  HR policy design  Practice development: Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance HR transformation and broader capability offering within the practice  Key job specifications:   Demonstrate high integrity and commitment to working in a new, challenging environment  Demonstrate entrepreneurial instinct, willingness to manage ambiguity and be proactive  Ability to be commercial and handle complex and multidimensional projects   Ability to understand the experience of teams and leverage their capabilities   Ability to advise clients and strong presentation skills  Open to travel on global projects  Qualifications  7-10 years of experience after a Master's Degree in HR or MBA equivalent in HR transformation and change management, with exposure to HRIT / ERP solutions.   Preferable work experience in managing global projects and / or working with global clients in a consulting environment.
