HR Business Partner (Contractual Position) - Ernst & Young   Desired Candidate Profile:   - HR Generalist + Recruitment profile with 2-5 years of experience   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Job Description (The role will have 60% Generalist and 40% Recruitment):  - Manage end to end HR operations - viz Handling New joinees & related formalities, Employee Engagement & fun initiatives, payroll management, Exits etc  - Provide the Service Line with quality resources through an effective selection process in a timely and cost effective manner  - Manage the post selection process of salary fitments (post approval of Service Line HR), taking necessary recruitment approvals, negotiation with the candidates on salary, notice period, joining dates etc. Ensure all necessary approvals and processes related to recruitment are completed on time before the candidate joins. Highlight issues if any to the Recruitment Lead  - Institutionalize system where a search process is initiated immediately at the time of exit, subject to the category or department’s confirmation to replace the individual.   - Monitor and report recruitment performance of various sources of recruitment. Offer recommendations on the sourcing strategies.   - Drive visibility and saliency of the Employee referral process  - Drive various internal processes & policies   - Administer grievance and discipline process   - Exit formalities and attrition analysis - Participate and help managers retain key talent   - Preparation of Monthly manpower reports   - Peoplesoft HR database updations  Tenure of this position: 6-9 months contractual  Office Location: C-404, Panchshil Tech Park, Yerwada, Pune – 411 006
