Candidate Profile :  - CA / CPA with 5-6 years experience in accounting with background in technology  - Experience in IFRS Or US GAAP conversion / migration; preferable in IND AS Conversion   - Experience in setting up Core Banking General Ledger or leading changes General Ledger for changes in accounting standards  - Sound knowledge about Inter-company recharges, Transfer Pricing concepts, etc.  - Good communication skills  - Prior Experience in transitions/ migrations  - Demonstrated good Stakeholder management, Customer & Demand management skills in earlier roles  Job Description :  - Should have worked on IFRS / US GAAP conversion projects or IND AS Conversion projects   - Lead migrations to new IND AS processes for financial institutions and establish new or revised processes for accounting (Information Technology perspective)  - Identify changes in various IT applications such as Core Banking Solution Chart of Accounts and other respective areas in IT applications pertaining to IND AS conversion   - Ensure high quality of output is delivered e.g. financial data in the reports etc is accurately and correctly presented  - Provide review of processes with the objective of improving the service delivery timeframes and identify areas of improvement  - Responsible for leading assignments with accountability for client delivery  - Willingness to extensively travel between different locations
