EY - Business Analyst - EPM (2-9 yrs)
Domain experience - Asset Liability Management (ALM), Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity Management, Interest Sensitivity, LCR/NSFR, Profitability Management
Responsibilities :
- Work with client to understand and analyze their business/functional requirements
- Documentation of functional and data requirements
- Develop functional solution design for the requirements
- Stay on top of their expectations from solution being implemented
- Proactively identify gaps, issues and work with team for resolution, documentation, and implementation of appropriate action plans
- Work closely with technical resources in defining the solution design
- Impart training to business users
Must Have Experience / Skills :
- Minimum 3-5 years of Banking industry experience and sound domain knowledge
Experience in :
- Asset Liability Management (ALM), Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity Management, Interest Sensitivity, LCR/NSFR, Profitability Management
- Exposure to latest Risk Management Practice in Banking and RBI Guidelines
- Stay abreast with banking industry developments and trends related to compliance guidelines, regulatory actions and financial market innovations
- Experience with Risk Management Solution primarily Oracle Financial Solution (OFSAA, SAS, Sungard, FERMAT)
- Good communication and presentation skills - both oral and written
Desirable to have Experience / Skills :
- 2-7 years of OFSAA working experience
- Gather functional requirements, contribute to function and technical design, support UAT and impart training
- Sound knowledge of corporate and Retail baking products, treasury and risk management practice of banking business
- Good to have FRM certification
Qualification :
Required : B.E, B.Tech, B.Com, M.Com
Desirable : CA/MBA in Finance
