- As a member of staff within International Tax/ Transfer pricing team, you'll make technical contributions to your team's engagements by preparing transfer pricing documentation.   - A transfer pricing documentation consists of company analysis (analysis of the business activities of Client, its group and related parties), industry analysis (Global and local/ regional), functional analysis (analysis of functions, risks and assets of Client) and benchmarking analysis (to analyse the arm's length nature).   - It is good to have basic understanding of international tax. Also, as you will be working primarily on preparing transfer pricing documentation, good writing style is much expected.   - You should be well versed with Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  - You'll actively establish internal and external relationships. With a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, you'll escalate issues as appropriate.   - You'll make sure that the work we deliver is of high quality using our global process and tools and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.   Client responsibilities:  - Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress  - Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams  - Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and   - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel  - Build strong internal relationships within the service line and across other services  People responsibilities :   - Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis  - Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures  - Technical skills requirements:  - CA (qualified or semi qualified) or MBA in Finance.  As majority of the work includes preparation of transfer pricing documentation, good writing style is much expected. Also, should be well versed with Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
