EY - Associate - Transaction Advisory Services - M&A - Infra Sector (1-2 yrs)

Location: Delhi/NCR (Outstation candidates willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR may apply)
Profile requirement: 1-2 years of exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory/Debt syndication/PE/Debt appraisals - preferably in Infrastructure. High level of proficiency with financial modelling is necessary. Only MBA from premier institutions/CAs to be considered.
Role: Execution of PE, M&A, Structured debt, Corporate Finance transactions in Infrastructure. Client facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of investment dockets (Info memo, financial model, term sheets) for transactions
- Investment appraisal including financial analysis and modelling
- Commercial review of binding agreements and deal closure
- Managing due diligence processes
- In depth research covering Infrastructure sectors from commercial & financing point of view
