Position Summary :  - The GDS Enablement Services BMC Leader is a critical leadership role. The Global Delivery Services (GDS) BMC team is part of the Business Enablement Communications team. The team works closely with EY's GDS leaders to develop relevant, integrated communications that deepen our people's understanding of the role GDS plays to increase revenue, improve margin and reduce indirect costs.  Essential functions of the job   - Manage relationships with key stakeholders  - Provide strong leadership in coordination with peers  - Demonstrate a deep understanding of EY's business and the ability to effectively navigate EY's and BMC's matrix organization  - Manage the GDS Enablement Services BMC team  - Work with the GDS BMC Leader and deliver on the GDS communications plan and priorities for Enablement Services  - Recognize the importance of and develop relationships with appropriate BMC leaders and other communicators  - Understand key functional priorities and ensure that the strategic communications plan is aligned to assist in their delivery; be able to advise on the most effective communication methods  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge on brand, marketing, communications and change management issues,trends and long-term implications for EY  - Develop and execute an EY stakeholder management plan, including audience recognition and appropriate communication methods  - Develop and execute an employer brand social media strategy for each GDS Service Function  - Support GDS BMC Leader in building a high performing team culture and encourage transparency,knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team  - Keep up to date with industry standards, communications tools and techniques  - Assist in the creation of an effective team environment, ensuring that best practices are actively shared and an open, dynamic and fun environment is created  - Manage competing forces and drive understanding, motivation and stakeholder value  - b- Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements :- /b-   - Demonstrate the ability to work in a complex change management environment  - Demonstrate experience supporting global transformation programs within a multinational environment  - Demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills, particularly leadership stakeholders  - Proactively develop others; see learning and development as a critical input to delivering exceptional client service to BMC clients; seek to inspire  - Demonstrate excellent English-language skills in written and verbal communications  - Value and instill quality in all communications and deliverables  - Display an understanding of communicating across different cultures, languages and time zones  - Be able to manage complex global processes and programs  - Display a high level of project management skills  Supervision Responsibilities :   - Lead and manage a team  - Drive recruitment activities for any vacancies within the Enablement Services team  - Motivate team members through effective monitoring, coaching, counseling and providing a positive working environment   Other Requirements :  - The role will be based in India, Bangalore.  - Global travel may be required pending business and team needs.  Experience   - Extensive experience in a senior communications role for a global and/or complex organization  - Experience executing communications within major change/transformation programs  - Experience working within a large professional services organization is desirable  - Experience leading and managing sizable communications teams   - Experience of 15 - 17 years
