He/she may be taking care of one or more Service Lines.  Your client responsibilities :   - Handling lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines  - Vendor Management, Invoice Processing & BRET Compliance  - Handling Recruitment MIS, Preparing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards  - Campus Recruitment  - Managing the internal referral scheme for his/her SL  We are looking for candidates with the following :  - 7-10 years post qualification experience in hiring, preferably in KPO industry  - The incumbent should have experience in cross industry hiring  - Experience in overall Talent Acquisition activities  - Proven record in conversions of 100-150 in a year (PG level)  - MIS/Vendor Management/ Campus recruitment  Salary offered: 8 - 11 LPA
