Asst. Manager - GOV Advisory - Male candidate preferred  HR Generalist with strong reporting / data analytical skills at an experienced Asst. Manager level, the details for which are as follows :  Level : Experienced Asst. Manager (AM2)  Experience : 4-5 years from Industry (preferably MNC) or any of the Big Four with generalist experience in Business HR & Employee Engagement  Qualification : Post Graduate in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 Business School  Role & Requirement :   - The candidate would be responsible for all BaU metrics & overall operations including overseeing responsibility of core SL functions for GOV MSL.   - Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR including labour law and compliances  - Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for the GOV MSL with extensive travel to remote locations  - Work back with MSL Leadership and support HR lead on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives  - Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact for GOV MSL   Attributes required :   - Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes.
