Job Description  - Ideate and build out new services from EYK in MENA region - Feasibility analysis, design and establish teams  - Work with other SL on collaboration opportunities, identify new opportunities for services from EYK to achieve team goals  - Connect and work closely with EYK domain teams and advice and advocate best practices within team and build value  - Develop new project opportunities for the team and Lead and co-ordinate research project requiring contribution from multiple domains. Support on project review and advice on value  - Should be able to co-ordinate and accomplish multiple projects, including planning, scoping of the requirement, assisting with data collection; co-ordinating between departments in and outside organization, data analysis; and business writing and disseminating research results.  - Work towards to generate acceptance from domain teams and help generate value for the team through training and knowledge sharing  - Update and consult MENA BU EYK Leader on important highlights, projects and activities status, operational update, any pain points and plan head.  - Able to conduct independent in-depth research on Thought Leadership and prevailing market dynamics and to be able to lead and develop team on large projects.  - Help develop insights and strategies to take EY's transformation positioning to market and lead to preparation of market research reports, white papers, though leadership papers, summaries etc. involving qualitative and quantitative analysis on various industries/sectors focusing on disruptive digital technologies  - Domain expertise in any of the industry and sector with ability to build and sustain personnel brand and maintain the brand and identity of the team.  - Should be able to co-ordinate and accomplish multiple projects, including planning, scoping of the requirement, assisting with data collection; co-ordinating between departments in and outside organization, data analysis; and business writing and disseminating research results.  - Process compliance/timely reporting of facts & figures.   - Ability to review and details projects of different industry and guide and advice domain leaders below.  Candidate Profile  - 10-12 years of experience in Business Research and Knowledge function of Research and Insights related research   - Exposure in team strategy & transformation and innovation related research projects and team development  - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written;   - Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyze and prioritize assignments; also must judge the amount of time to spend for the expected outcome, according to the importance of a project and the type of information needed and manage assertively customers and implement business strategies.  - Good business sense and logical reasoning and should be to conceptualize research storyboard.   - Analytical and critical reasoning skills.  - Good team player   Other details  - Knowledge of standard reference/information sources such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Frost & Sullivan, OneSource, Factiva, Thomsonone.com etc. will be preferred.   - Able to read and interpret TL papers, technical and trade documents, and journals  - Usage of statistical and analytical tools and other business tools
