The position is accountable for end-to-end project management. In case of conflicting projects, the team leader prioritizes among the projects in consultation with the GDS BU Leader and global domain Knowledge Leader, as required.  - The position is responsible for all aspects of team management and operational activities for the domain, including achievement of GDS-specific goals and initiatives and collaborating closely with other domain team leaders. The team leader also drives greater integration and consistency in R&I services, and people and operational processes across GDS locations, in consultation with the GDS R&I Leader and GDS BU Leader, as required.  - The position also works on customer projects as the project leader, analyst or peer reviewer in line with their time allocation for service delivery.  - The position works closely with the global domain Knowledge Leader to understand the global stakeholder priorities, knowledge plan and the requirements from GDS. manages conflicting priorities and escalates to seek guidance when necessary  - Addresses people and operations-related issues and challenges in the domain; escalates to seek guidance when necessary   - Leads/manages complex customer projects that require the ability to scope effectively;
