Job Description:  - Work closely on IT Innovation project priorities.   - Connect with Global team and work on IT innovation team from ideation to commercialization.  - Prepare proof of concepts and business understanding of IT Innovation ideas and work on the related research to understand business requirements, trends, best practices, opportunity assessments.  - Preparation of Research reports, summaries on Technology concepts and market understanding, commercial viability - business writing and disseminating research results  - Should be able to coordinate and accomplish multiple projects, including planning, scoping of the requirement and connecting with other innovations teams; co-ordinating between departments in and outside organization.  - Ability to contribute meaningful ideas and work productively with other departments as well as on independent assignments   - Proactively engage with Customer to Identify, build and develop new opportunities to propel the team  Candidate Profile:  - 9- 11 years of experience   - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written;   - Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyze and prioritize assignments; also must judge the amount of time to spend for the expected outcome, according to the importance of a project and the type of information needed.  - Should have worked on IT Innovation projects  - Good Business sense and logical reasoning and should be to conceptualize research storyboard.   - Analytical and critical thinking skills.  - Good team player and coordinating capability.  Other details:  - Knowledge of standard reference/information sources such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Frost & Sullivan, Onesource. Factiva, Thomsonone.com etc will be preferred.   - Able to read and interpret IT, technical and trade documents, and journals
